Job Title . Manager WEB Development Services=20

Location is Phoenix, requires no travel, and is a permanent position. The
salary scale goes into six figures.

Job Description=20

The responsibilities of this position are:=20
=B7 To provide technology and human resource leadership to the WEB
Development team (approx. 9 people located in Tempe AZ and San Louis Potasi
Mexico).=20
=B7 Budget Management ensuring effective resource utilization as well as
effective cost liquidation - budget of approx. $900k.=20
=B7 Coordinate and share project resources with the Virtual WEB Development
team located in Waterford Ireland, Tempe Arizona, and San Luis Potosi=
 Mexico.=20
=B7 Partner with Corporate E-business team in the definition and execution o=
f
the E-business technology strategy.=20
=B7 Provide Program/Project management and oversight of all WEB Development
projects ensuring on time and on budget metrics.=20
=B7 Meet with Customers for project forecasting and problem resolution.=20
=B7 Provide leadership enabling the team to continue to mature within the SE=
I
CMM framework.=20
=B7 Continual R&D activity ensuring that the WEB development environment is
kept evergreen.=20

Required Skills: Key Success Factors: (Specific expectations during next 6
- 18 months):=20
=B7 Develop and mature processes (projects and operational support) for the
WEB development environment based on SEI CMM principles - Achieve SEI CMM
Level IV. =B7 Develop and track key metrics and identify and implement
process improvements.=20
=B7 Develop and support the E-Business WEB based Object Component library -
collection of published objects.=20
=B7 Develop a project forecasting model ensuring so that the team can utiliz=
e
resources more effectively.=20
=B7 Refine the Project lifecycle as necessary based on customer needs and
industry trends.

=B7 Strong technical program management, leadership, teaming and motivationa=
l
skills.=20
=B7 In depth understanding of the SEI CMM framework.=20
=B7 In depth understanding of Object Oriented Applications Analysis and
Design principles- utilization of a CASE tool a plus.=20
=B7 In depth knowledge of the WEB Application Architecture required to
support on-line applications written in ASP, Java, JavaScript, Servlets,
JSP, EJB in a WEB Sphere Application Server environment.=20
=B7 In depth understanding of WEB related open standards, including LDAP,
SSL, NNTP, SMTP, X.509, Java, JavaScript, HTTP and HTML.=20
=B7 Understanding of RDBMS such as Oracle and SQL Server=20
=B7 Detailed understanding of the workings of UNIX and NT=20
=B7 Basic understandings of internet security methodologies=20

Experience/Education Required/Sought:=20
Education: BS/BA degree in either Business Administration or Computer
Science/Technology. MS/MBA preferred. Experience: At least 6 years active
experience in applications development with a minimum of 2 years utilizing
WEB based technologies. Extensive experience may substitute for portion of
educational requirement.=20
