Location: Ocala, FL
The company is an internet startup and they are looking to hire 7 people 
(permanent). The company is a pure Microsoft shop so they are looking for 
people who are thoroughly experienced in all the MS products.

2 Senior SW Engineers with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Internet 
software development projects. Job will include Internet application 
architecture and technology research. Specialties should include: either 
Java or Windows Media Streaming Technologies, and experience with Site 
Server v3.0 Commerce also preferred. SQL Server knowledge helpful but not 
necessary. Compensation $80 - 120K, plus benefits. But for a former senior 
lead developer at Microsoft, they will pay more...

5 software programmers, each with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in 
internet software development projects. Job will include Internet 
application design and technology research. Specialties should include 
Java, VB, Internet, ASP, Site Server Commerce (for at least one of the 
positions). Compensation is $60 - 80K, plus benefits.
