Responsibilities: 
* Train, manage, and motivate Customer Care Representatives to 
ensure they meet their individual Job Requirements and goals. 
* Continuous improvement to ensure quick, accurate, and 
customer friendly responses to all feedback from our users. 
* Ensure that the company is in open and direct communication 
with our user, keeping them well informed of any changes or additions to the 
website. 
* Accurately communicate user opinion to executives by 
converting Customer Feedback into Statistics and preparing weekly, monthly, 
quarterly executive reports for each department head. 
* Ensure daily communication of customer feedback to the 
departments the feedback pertains. 
* Overseeing the monitoring of Message Boards, Chat Rooms, 
Free Web Page services, and additional services produced in the future. 
* Ensure the overall quality of the website through continuous 
testing. 

Skills/Experience Required: 
* Experience in managing a Customer Service Department at an 
executive level, especially with an Internet related company. 
* Experience in improving the effectiveness of a Customer Care 
Department through software. 
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation 
skills and must work well motivating cross-functional teams 
* Must demonstrate the ability to influence the decision 
making process and communicate value to executives and project owners 
* Must be bilingual, mastering the English and Spanish 
languages both written and orally.
