Executive Assistant | NYC | Great Salary, Great Benefits, Great
Company

The ideal candidate will have worked at an internet company, assisting
one of the officers.

This is not an entry level position.

DUTIES
o Schedule meetings
o Arrange Travel
o Set up internal meetings for Management, Executive staff
o Research companies we are currently working or meeting with
o Act as liaison between board members, strategic partners, etc.
o Answer CEO's calls, weed out or redirect people as needed.
o Meet with CEO weekly to discuss upcoming events, deals, etc.
o Maintain CEO's calendar
o Work with Public Relations group to handle CEO's speaking engagements
o Schedule board meetings, make sure office is in order and food
arrangements have been made
o Sit in on Executive Management Meetings, take minutes and e-mail
after meeting
o Manage Administrative Staff (currently 3 people)
o Oversee AM and PM receptionists
o Request and train any temps, oversee and answer questions as
necessary
o Arrange for travel for other groups within the company (not Sales)
o Handle special requests from Executive staff as needed
