Title: Lead Web Developer

Purpose of Position:
Development and maintenance of web sites and web-based
applications

Primary Responsibilities:
- Play key role in bringing website designs to life through
various web technologies.
- Participate as team member helping to define the user
experience.
- Team with producers and graphic designers to create
cutting-edge web interface concepts.
- Integrate graphic designs into functional and responsive
web interfaces.
- Test and debug interfaces across predetermined platforms,
and perform site maintenance.
Qualifications:
Recent experience will include hands-on, application
development experience with, and knowledge of :
HTML, CSS/Style Sheets, Java, JavaScript, Kiva, C++, UNIX,
XML, XSL, CGI scripts.
Strong familiarity with emerging web technologies, web
design integration, prototyping.
3+ years professional web development experience.
Education: BSCS required


Position:
Director of Software Engineering

Qualifications:
- 7+ years management experience
- 5+ years full lifecycle software development experience in multi-tiere
software architecture environment.
- Extensive experience in Java and/or C++ programming
- 2+ years experience in UNIX and utilities
- BA or BS required, MBA preferred.
- Brokerage industry license a plus.
