has been designed with the flexibility to respond quickly to market 
changes. In addition to the program's cutting edge technical training, 
Learn @CTG courses also introduce new employees to many facets of CTG 
culture including company history, philosophy, and management.

The training program is your entry into the company. You will come on as a 
salaried full time employee and receive compensation throughout your 
training period. Once you have completed the course, you will continue to 
be full time salaried consultants. We are unable to sponser individuals at 
this time, so US citizenship is manditory. The training will take place in 
New York, and your physical presence is needed.

To be considered for this intensive 6-week Web Development training course, 
the ideal candidate would have a strong client server background with 
exposure to Object Oriented development, as well as familiarity with 
database concepts. In order to excel in this program, qualified candidates 
must have knowledge of the software development life cycle, experience with 
applications development, and a strong understanding of IT concepts and 
theories. In addition to the necessary technical qualifications, this 
individual must possess very strong communication and interpersonal skills 
as well as an advanced aptitude for learning.

LEARN@CTG produces Professional candidates with exposure to multiple 
Internet packages as well as enhanced general business skills. Upon 
completion of this program, team members will be responsible for the 
designing, networking, and developing entire web sites, including some 
custom art work and web application development utilizing HTML, DHTML, XML, 
Cold Fusion, ASP, JAVA, JavaScript, and CGI.
