The Opportunity
This is a fast growing, publicly traded company with a gold plated Board of
Directors. They are looking for an individual to help expand their
traditional business service, which is offered exclusively over the Web in
the continental USA and beyond.

Skills
They are seeking a Software Engineering Manager for an Internet Development
group (6 people). The ideal candidate is a proven manager that has a
background in managing and developing web-based solutions. Management
experience should include project planning, staff supervision and all
aspects related to a development life cycle.

Technical skills should include ASP, HTML, Java, COM C++, VB and Oracle.
Experience in Business Object Architecture, Rational Rose and UML are highly
desired.

You have used at least 2 of these 4 skills regularly in past 4 years are
not adverse to learning or becoming stronger in the other 2. The list
includes:
VB
C++/COM
ASP
Oracle

Note:
At this time, only US Citizens, Green card holders, or Canadian Citizens who
qualify for the TN Visa will be considered for this position.
