RESPONSIBILITIES
=B7 Lead design activities and is able to make client technology decisions
=B7 Proven ability to be project technical visionary
=B7 Must know how to accurately scope a project and make concrete estimates
=B7 Capable of leading technical staff through all phases of iD5.
=B7 Write or review Technical Proposals, Technical Specifications and Design=
=20
Documents.
=B7 Work closely with, and learn from other functional disciplines during=
 the=20
discover and define phases of a project
=B7 Willingness to learn new skills in order to provide client satisfaction=
=20
and produce technical solutions that meet client requirements
=B7 Improve vital skills such as software lifecycle development processes,=
=20
project management skills, the importance of taking pride in ones work, and=
=20
delivering a quality product.
=B7 Work in team environment
=B7 Willingness to promote iD5 methodology and encourage best practices in=
=20
all aspects of the development cycle.
=B7 Technically mentor engineers in the department
=B7 Work with other functional disciplines to gather requirements for=20
technical projects
=B7 Integrate technical modules and deliver the completed work on time.
=B7 Make high-level project decisions in conjunction with other functional=
=20
disciplines
=B7 Must have a full understanding of the tools, platforms, and software=20
available in the Internet World
=B7 Must have formal software design process (UML, RUP) and development life=
=20
cycle experience
=B7 Ultimately responsible for all technical decisions, solutions and=20
implementations
=B7 This is a technical leadership position and those responsibilities take=
=20
priority over coding for this position

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
=B7 4-8 years experience in internet software development with 2500 hours of=
=20
client project work or 8-15 years of general software experience
=B7 BA/BS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
=B7 Strong experience with (2) of the following C/C++, JavaScript, Java with=
=20
EJB or XML on Unix or NT Platforms
=B7 Expert in one of the following databases: Oracle, Access or SQL
=B7 Expert in HTML and either ASP or Perl
=B7 Experience with 3 or more of Cold Fusion, NAS, BEA, OWAS, ATG Dynamo,=20
Vignette, Broadvision, FutureTense, Site Server or other major
internet technologies
=B7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow=20
instructions, positive attitude
=B7 Acute attention to detail and consistent problem-solving abilities
=B7 Self-starter with the desire to grow and excel in a dynamic environment
=B7 Fast learner / easily adaptable
=B7 Working knowledge of web programming technologies: CGI, HTTP/HTTPS,=20
TCP/IP, major web servers
=B7 1-3 years Experience in web application development
=B7 Knowledge of database systems and interfaces
=B7 Experience with software development teams
=B7 Knowledge of process flow / lifecycle development
=B7 Knowledge of hardware configurations and software's effects on those=20
configurations
=B7 Proven ability to take work from previous phase, understand it and=20
proceed to next phase (assuming perfect documentation)
=B7 Experience in Object Oriented Design and Coding
=B7 Ability to conceive, design, write and document reusable components
=B7 Experience with large software development teams
=B7 Experience leading technical projects with a team oriented focus
=B7 Participated in project design
=B7 Previous experience with eCommerce, personalization or Content=
 Management=20
Systems
=B7 Experience working directly with clients
