The project is a military stategy game. The structure will be as follows:

Game pieces (units) are objects. The base object is an Group. Each Group
consists of a number of Army objects, which in turn consist of number of
Corps objects, and so on down the line. There are seven levels in the
object hierarchy.

Units or sets of units must be able to be detached from their parent units,
re-attached or attached into other units. Commands must be passed down the
hierarchy of objects. Communication must exist in both directions and
variables must be able to be manipulated back and forth. I have an existing
program, but it is not sufficiently object oriented.

In addition to helping me build this, you will need to show what I ought to
know to achieve the next of skills in Java.
