Technical Communications Specialist/Writer

Chordiant software provides e-business infrastructure software that enables
companies to offer their customers highly personalized sales and marketing
programs, e-business services, and customer support across multiple
communication channels, including the Internet, e-mail systems, automated
telephony self-service systems, and customer service representatives in call
centers and retail outlets.

Responsibilities:
Will be working as an online production specialist. Must understand web
page design and layout of on-line materials. Will be responsible for
blending the Technical Communication department's unique documenting
techniques as well as innovative technology with their individual's online
experience and expertise.

Requirements:
Normally requires a Bachelor's degree in English or computer programming,
Technical Communication/Writing, or possess the equivalent combination of
education and experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years with various state
of the art documentation presentation technologies, complete familiarity
with the creation of PDF files, FTP site management and on hands customer
support. In addition, position requires at least 2 years experience with
HTML/XML and associated best practice usage and some programming.
Documentation focus must span the entire software development cycle (from
requirements definition, through development reference documentation, to
end-user documents.) Must be comfortable with OO development methodology
and be able to produce complex processing flow charts and make training and
customer presentations.
