Creative Director:

The Product Management group of 4anything.com is seeking a full-time,
permanent Creative Director. The successful candidate will be responsible
for:
* Managing web site updates and managing changes to the site
interface.
* Working closely with the engineering, editorial, and creative staffs
to ensure the production and scheduling of needed graphics, HTML, content,
and links.
* Overseeing new development and enhancement timelines.
The successful candidate must have:
* Two years of professional (not personal) Web experience from a
managerial level
* Knowledge of Web site production processes and tools
* solid HTML and graphic experience

It is imperative that the successful candidate work well with colleagues at
all levels. Attention to detail and timelines is required. 4anything.com

for establishing web site product strategy based upon an already-defined
business strategy. Responsibilities include:

* Completing any product specifications, including data flows,
functional specifications, use cases, page flows, and performance
requirements.
* Identifying needed resources to complete development
* Working with resources to ensure web site product completion and
launch.
The Product Manager must have three or more years of experience in:
* All aspects of web site development, including the editorial
aspects, the cycle of web site design, and the technical integration.
* Web development tools such as HTML, Flash, Adobe Products, C++, or
Active Server Pages.
* Managing complex projects and many concurrent tasks.
* Working with outside clients.
