Terrific ground-floor opportunity offers the variety, creativity, and
financial opportunity usually found in a small company -- but the resources
of a very profitable public company. If you know how to create and run
databases and serve data onto the web using Cold Fusion or other
middleware/web applications, this is a great opening.

Located in Sunnyvale (near San Jose, California). You will:

- Create and manage the databases.

- Help design user interface and web forms.

- Create interactive web pages that create pages on the fly from database
content.

- Run the company's web server and manage relationships with technical
consultants.

We want someone with technical skills who can also communicate. The
company's present site was created in 1995. I am heading a major, major
initiative to make it a WORLD-CLASS site. The company is tremendously
committed to this effort and we are doing some exciting things.
Considerable staff and support are in place for this.

The company's financials are staggering -- $607 million in sales last year
and 40-some-odd consecutive quarters of increasing profits. The company has
a strong tradition of sharing the wealth with its employees in the form of
options -- this is an OUTSTANDING opportunity for the right person.

Detailed description follows.
