Strong HTML / GUI Designer

Do you love coming up with new web site design themes? New web GUIs? Do
you have a strong design background, or a keen design sense backed up by
experience? Does coming up with alternate and parallel designs
simultaneously appeal to you? Do you have two year's down-and-dirty HTML
experience? How about fluency in any combination of Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, CorelDraw, Macromedia Fireworks, and Freehand? And excellent
experience producing bitmap images for the web?

Beneficial experience includes an understanding of JavaScript's application
for GUIs (e.g., rollover effects, browser detection), and experience with
Flash, Generator, or Director. If you want to design web sites that are
