Web Programmer/Analyst - HTML, ASP, SQL, Perl, Java
located in Cupertino, CA  (no relocation)

Responsibilities:
Will be designing and maintaining corporate web-based applications. Work
with System Administration Group to development, organize, and maintain
contents for Chordiant's internal web-site to facilitate information sharing
and data exchange for all Chordiant employees. Interview users and perform
functional analysis to design and develop new web-based applications.
Migrate or integrate legacy applications with new development. Extract
data from various data sources to populate internal web site. Provide
primary application support for Chordiant sales and marketing application in
Pivotal. Perform customizations and enhancements in Pivotal based on user
requirements. Identify requirements, research solutions, and complete
projects on time. Report and document functionality of IT-deployed
applications and provide training and on-going end user support. Interface
with software vendors for product evaluation and purchases. Make sound
recommendations to end users on advancing development tools and web
technologies.

Requirements:
This position requires technical expertise on web-based development and
database design. Must have 2 - 3 years of experience developing database
driven, web-based applications. The candidate must have experience with
various front-end development tools and define database relationships
between database tables and objects. Require excellent communication and
analytical skills and the ability to understand business processes. Able to
work independently on the design, development, and deployment of web-based
applications based on user requirements. Sound understanding of HTML, ASP,
SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Java, Crystal reports required. Experience with
web-server technologies, database (SQL server and Oracle) administration,
and web site management tools a strong plus.
