Under the direction of the Director of Marketing Communications, the 
Graphic Designer will be responsible for creative conceptualization, design 
and production of visitalk.com sales and marketing collateral, branded 
materials, trade show materials and investor/corporate materials.

The minimum requirements for this position are:

  * 2 years of graphic design experience within a high-tech environment or 
advertising agency are essential.
* Must be fully experienced in Quark Xpress.
* Outstanding PC-platform design skills including expertise in 
PhotoShop,  Adobe Illustrator and the Macromedia suite of applications such 
as Flash, Director and Shock Wave
* Must have print experience in creating and producing media and sales 
kits, investor relations' materials, signage, desktop publishing and 
presentation materials.
* Must have the ability to follow specs and creative direction
* Flexibility to creatively support varied market niches (i.e. - corporate 
versus consumer)
* Experienced in electronic pre-press/pre-flight, printing processes 
(including press checks) and stock/coatings/ink
* HTML and rich media experience is necessary.

* In addition, we would prefer experience in these areas:

1+ year(s) Internet and rich media graphics experience

* Publication layout experience (such as catalogs, annual report, product 
guides, brochures, quarterly reports to shareholders)
* Experience creating electronic advertising such as web site banners and 
buttons
* Brand creation and institution of company-wide graphics standards
* Work with untraditional media such as 3D modeling and packaging
* Training in HTML preferred.


Education:

A B.A. degree in Graphic Design or Arts,  HTML and rich media training are 
required.
