1)  Web Interface Developer

A Web application is nothing without a smart, intuitive interface. That's
where you come in. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for
creating, mocking up, testing and developing Web user interfaces for a high
traffic site in HTML. This senior level position offers a unique blend of
application design and user interface design skills.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the team throughout the cognitive/creative design
process - from functional design, iteration of the user interface and
usability testing in relation to the development schedule.
Establish UI Guidelines and direction setting.

Work with Product Management and Engineering to define UI for customer suite
of web applications.
Develop site maps, navigational schematics, graphical treatments and HTML
prototypes designing user interfaces for successful commercial Internet
sites.
Develop storyboards to illustrate alternative ideas to work flow, user
models, information architecture.
Mock up screen layouts, develop paper and interactive prototypes.
Manage in ongoing usability studies on existing site and site prototypes.

Requirements:
An innovative thinker with a high degree of creativity.
A passion for and an understanding of the Web: what works, what doesn't and
why. Strong understanding of UI do's and don'ts.
Demonstrated experimental design/behavioral observation skills including
knowledge of various usability testing methods.
Solid understanding of web design tools and techniques, including HTML,
Graphic Optimization, JavaScript, etc. Advanced knowledge hand-coding HTML
(complex tables, frames, forms) and knowledge of necessary cross-browser,
cross-platform considerations and workarounds.
Expert level facility with Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop.


2) Web Developers

Arristech is looking for a number of Web Developers that want to work in a
pre-IPO .com that has recently received much publicity with the likes of
Yahoo, Forbes etc.

Description
Our web developers must be dedicated, inquisitive, detail-oriented, driven
creators who want to ride the Internet to the top. Being the best of the
best .

Responsibilities:
Design and create top-notch Web pages and templates.
Work with the Editorial team, Engineering, and Production in the design
process. Help drive the overall look and feel of this high-traffic site,
while maintaining the user-friendly interface.

Qualifications:
2+ years of creative web design and production experience. Experience and
demonstrated proficiency in HTML, HTML templates, PhotoShop, Illustrator.
Solid understanding of raw HTML necessary.
Personalization, JSP, JHTML and Javascript a definite +
Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills. Ability to
document technical issues.
Solid knowledge of Internet/web and browser capabilities and limitations.


3) Tandem Network Systems Programmer

North Valley firm is seeking experienced permanent Tandem Systems
Programmer.

Specific Responsibilities
Support performance monitoring and tuning of operating and online systems,
including installation and configuration of support tools.
Provide coaching/training of technical staff.
Perform system installation and configuration, system maintenance, on-call
problem support in a 24 hour/7day a week environment.
Document software and system configuration.
Provide project leadership for the planning and testing of disaster recovery
of the Tandem network environment.
Install and configure third-party application software.
Being a team player.
Specific skills and education required

Tandem Requirements
Minimum of five years experience in a Tandem/Compaq Himalaya K-Series or
S-Series environment with extensive knowledge in Pathway, Nonstop
multi-threaded TAL and C programming, TACL, SNAX, HLS, ICE/APPC, TCP/IP, and
X.25.

Advanced knowledge of SCF configurations of SWAN, 3615, 3616, 3861,
3862,6100, 6120, 6140 within a real-time, OLTP, 24/7 environment a plus.
Systems and communications experience working in a Tandem environment,
preferably ServerNet.

Additional Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Track record as a proven self-starter, offering proactive solutions to
large, complex system problems.
Experience using Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Project)

Desirable
College degree majoring in computing related field or an accredited program
certification.
