Assist in the development and maintenance of the visual expression of the 
company's core product brand through interface design, web site design and 
marketing collateral design. This individual will be creating original 
graphics, web interfaces (banners, backgrounds, icons, buttons and other 
web site components), simple animation, layout, logos, as well as related 
print and advertising collaterals. The graphic designer will integrate 
feedback from a number of sources and work closely with producers and 
engineers to create a website that communicates clearly. This is a startup 
company. Everyone is expected to work 60-70 hours a week until they 
complete their site launches (3-4 months). If an individual doesn't want to 
work that hard and reap the benefits of ownership when they go public or 
are acquired (4Q2000 target) then they might as well not apply.

1) 3+ years graphic design experience and/or degree in graphic design; 2) 
Web and traditional design skills including composition, grid systems, 
final art production, pre-press preparation, traditional; 3) printing 
techniques, web palette and page/graphic optimization; 4) solid experience 
with PhotoShop and Illustrator; 5) visual and conceptual problem-solving 
skills; 6) good knowledge of HTML (JavaScript and CSS a plus); 7) excellent 
communication skills; 8) URL(s) for an online portfolio or samples of 
previous work. Bachelor's degree required.
