Major software/hardware manufacturer has opening for a Junior-Intermediate
level Tech Writer/ContentMaster to work on knowledgebase in their Customer
Service/Tech Support area. Candidates must be extremely customer-service
oriented and have strong writing and HTML skills.
This individual will be responsible for reviewing and updating content in
the company's knowledgebase to determine trends, communicate deficiencies,
coach developers, and set and communicate standards. Will also write new
standards manual.
Candidates need to have 1-3 years web/intranet/knowledgebase content
development, and proven customer service attitude. Technical degrees
preferred.
