Very hip pre-IPO company looking for an ambitious Web Developer.
Must be willing to work hard and be a team player.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing,
directing, and executing the development of web and client/server
applications. He or she will also assist with determination of design,
development, testing, maintenance, and customer support strategies for the
targeted content as well as work as application developer and produce
necessary HTML, ASP, ColdFusion, SQL databases, and other computer
programming structures. This person will ensure that all developed pages
meet established standards of appearance and technical proficiency. The
person will coordinate with IT personnel to determine and document coding
standards, infrastructure capabilities, and other technical conditions to
include the impact on the web development process as well as perform as
technical liaison on certain projects. He or she will assist with planning,
execution, and analysis of user feedback and overall site performance to
determine the effectiveness of specific communication strategies in
supporting the company's goal and objectives. The candidate will
inter-relate work with other initiatives within the department and
organization.
BS degree or equivalent required.
Must have 2-3 years experience using the following languages: HTML, ASP,
ColdFusion, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with C, C++, Visual Basic, and
Java a plus. Must have 2-3 years experience in software and database design
and development.
