Looking for several people in the Atlanta area:

The first job posting is for McRae Communications' Fayetteville offices, and
the last two are for a new location which will be located in downtown or
midtown Atlanta. All jobs require 100% onsite work, no telecommuting.

Those of you who have been to our offices in Fayetteville can vouch for the
fact that it's a fun place to work. We are an integrated marketing firm,
and do Advertising, Public Relations, and of course Interactive/Web. Some
of our past and present clients include: American Express Travel Related
Services / AAA, Atlanta Home Show / Garden & Patio Show, CMD Group, Cooper 
Lighting, Fayette Community Hospital, Fitel Lucent Technologies, GE Energy

DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY

Responsible for managing and participating in technology decisions for McRae
Communications. Must be prepared to manage integrated Macintosh/Win
internal servers/network. Experience managing an NT network a large plus.

Experience with Mac OS also a plus, but an eager learner would be ok too.
Also manages interactive development. Would assist Account Service Rep with
web clients. Must have a good people skills, and will go to client meetings
regularly. Would already have exposure to, or would like to learn about,
traditional marketing as is relates to new technologies.

Should be prepared to manage technical staff, and should be familiar with
several of the following: ColdFusion, JavaScript, SQL Server, Access, Flash,
and web technologies in general. You will regularly do web development for
clients, and should be able to work with team members to accomplish jobs on
time. Must be VERY deadline oriented.

Pay rate: Aggressive pay, not posted due to confidentiality issues.
Location: 100% onsite in Fayetteville (about 30-40 minutes from downtown
Atlanta).

SENIOR COLDFUSION DEVELOPER, DATABASE CONCENTRATION

Will help to form the core of development team. Should have a solid
knowledge base in CF, including WDDX, caching queries and templates, use of
application framework (including application, session, and client
variables), and building highly scalable apps.

Should also have a good working knowledge of data modeling, database
optimization, triggers, stored procs, etc.

The best candidate for this position would have all of the above skills.
However, someone who has most of them and is a very fast learner will be
considered. Particularly if you have strong existing experience in
comparable languages/technologies.

Pay rate: Varies depending on experience, but will generally be from $50-90K
Location: 100% onsite in Downtown/Midtown Atlanta.

SENIOR COLDFUSION DEVELOPER, INTERFACE CONCENTRATION

Will help to form the core of development team. Should have a solid
knowledge base in CF, including WDDX, caching queries and templates, use of
application framework (including application, session, and client
variables), and building highly scalable apps.

Should also have a good working knowledge of cross browser DHTML,
Javascript, client side processing and know how to use them to build
effective and easy to use web application interfaces.

The best candidate for this position would have all of the above skills.
However, someone who has most of them and is a very fast learner will be
considered. Particularly if you have strong existing experience in
comparable languages/technologies.

Pay rate: Varies depending on experience, but will generally be from $45-80K
Location: 100% onsite in Downtown/Midtown Atlanta.
