I. Graphic Designer

We are looking for someone creative that's capable of interpreting concepts
as they are being developed and generating graphics that are used in the
communication of these concepts for development. This person will create the
graphics needed to develop the production version of this software that
includes the visual interface components and visuals to support the
maintenance of these products.

The ideal candidate should have a clear and consistent sense of visual
communication. This person should also be on the leading edge of graphic
design and be able to help RadioWave.com project a creative identity.
Experience working with Web graphics helpful. Experience in information
design, is highly recommended.

Skill sets should include:
Exceptional communication and design skills that include verbal, written and
graphical presentation abilities
Strong media skills with exposure to radio/media programming and marketing
Ability to take a leadership role in a team environment
Ability to be self-motivated and work within a multiple-discipline
organization
Ability to work with both Mac and Windows versions of software
Strong interest in computers and interent community

SOFTWARE SKILLS INCLUDE:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, some HTML experience



II. E-media Designer

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in computer and
Internet technology. This person will work closely with a team of artists
and programmers to develop custom web based audio applications.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of applicable software
applications and will be able to take on project leadership roles depending
on project/interests as well as teach others at a technical level. They will
be responsible for keeping up with new technologies.

Skill sets should include:
Ability to train others
Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
Ability to work with both Mac and Windows versions of software ideal

ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF SOFTWARE INCLUDING:
Aobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Image Ready, Macromedia Flash,
Macromedia Dreamweaver.
Knowledge of Javascript & HTML necessary
Other graphic software & 3-D illustration software a plus



III. Senior Software Engineer

Responsible for development, testing, and deployment activities in support
of radio broadcasting and E-commerce on the Internet. Software product
areas include a consumer Internet radio player, streaming and digital music
applications, advertising services, broadcaster system software, and
database reporting applications.

Skill sets should include:
BSCS or equivalent experience
MCS a plus
3+ years experience in developing Internet applications.
Ideal candidate will have streaming media experience. Key technologies
include: Microsoft NetShow or RealNetworks streaming media, Active Server
pages, MS SQLServer, Internet push technologies, IP multicasting, HTML,
ActiveX controls, NetGravity, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, VB 6.0, VBscript;
Development of Internet applications that support multiple browsers,
plugins, and scriptive languages.

Experience working with teams to meet marketing requirements using rapid
spiral software development, as well as structured development.
