As RDA continues to enhance our offering, we have now added web graphics and
media design capabilities to our staffing, and have a current opening for a
Design Consultant. This individual will work closely with our existing
development staff and clients. The responsibilities for this position are to
provide software graphics and media related consulting services to clients
of our firm, including but not limited to graphics design, web page
authoring and layout, multimedia design and creation, and related
activities.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing their own
graphics; creating multimedia applications and components, including on the
web; designing and developing web site layouts; and using a wide variety of
media and graphics software tools such as Adobe Photoshop and
Flash/Shockwave. You should also have experience or feel comfortable working
on a multi-disciplined project team. Knowledge and comfort with the
Microsoft platform is a significant plus.

continued technical growth, therefore each consultant receives a home office
