INTERACTIVE DESIGNER AND FLASH EXPERT

Responsibilities:
=B7 Work closely with our studio's directors and design team to create
interactive experiences for the web and other electronic media.
=B7 Provide leadership and experience in flash concept development, original
art creation, and QA.
=B7 Develop innovative Flash animations, navigation systems, interface
designs, site architecture, and illustrations.
=B7 Push the state-of-the-art with every creation and thrive in our=
 fast-paced
environment.
Skills and Characteristics:
=B7 Must be wildly creative and passionate about interactive media.
=B7 Expert knowledge of Flash 4.
=B7 Command of other leading design software, e.g., Illustrator, ImageReady,
and PhotoShop. Intimate knowledge of HTML.
=B7 Exceptional design talents, and superb information design abilities.
=B7 Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a=
 team
environment.
=B7 Minimum 2 years experience as an interactive media designer.

INTERACTIVE PRODUCER

Responsibilities:
=B7 Produce award-winning interactive experiences for the web and other
electronic media.
=B7 Work closely with our studio's directors and design team in rapidly
growing, fast-paced , team environment.
=B7 Lead all aspects of project management, develop and manage project goals
and specifications, define and maintain complex project schedules, and lead
the development of each project.
=B7 Actively participate in concept development, original art creation, site
design and development, and quality assurance.
=B7 Generate original project concepts and be responsible for the final
realization of each deliverable.
=B7 Responsible for establishing and tracking schedules and budgets.
=B7 Maintain team relationships, and ensure accurate and timely=
 communication
within the group.

Skills and Characteristics:
=B7 Passionate about interactive media and committed to contributing towards
its evolution.
=B7 At least 2 years experience managing creative teams developing projects
for the web, TV, film, or other electronic media.
=B7 Detail oriented and organized. Excellent project management and
organization tools, including MS Project and MS Office software.
=B7 Must understand and have experience with web technologies: HTML,
JavaScript, Flash, ASP/JSP, and service-side technologies (e.g. databases,
cgi, and perl).
=B7 Must be assertive, resource and creative problem solver.
=B7 Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be both creative and
thorough under daily deadlines.
=B7 Strong business and technical writing skills for partner correspondence,
project specifications, and technical documents.
