A pre-IPO B2B company delivering a full cycle of IT staff augmentation
services. It uses a pioneering customer facing web model in combination
with proprietary technology and processes to provide IT managers with an
efficient way to procure, engage, and manage IT consultants online.
We are looking to hire talented, driven people who can work in a fast-paced,
dynamic, exciting work environment with a will-do-what-it-takes attitude.

Summary

Drives the overall look and feel of the site; conceive, design and execute
web pages, templates, and marketing collateral. Converts business concepts
to creative solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.
* Drive the overall look and feel of the site, while maintaining a
straightforward and user-friendly interface
* Conceive, design and execute web pages, templates, and marketing
collateral
* Collaborate on development of new content areas, as well as periodic
redesigns of the site
* Work with content producers and integrators to enhance web site.
* Work with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and Content
Production to design promotional campaigns, internal communication standards
and collateral
Education, Experience & Other Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication preferred.

Job Requirements:
* Experienced, creative artist with a solid portfolio.
* Able to conceptualize well and effectively communicate creative ideas
within a high-pressure environment.
* Able to take general verbal concepts and render effective / alternative
storyboards in response.
* Must be able to accept direction with a positive attitude
* Expert-level knowledge of HTML and related codes.
* Expert-level working knowledge of major graphics tools, such as the
various Adobe tools (Photoshop, etc.) the Corel tools, tools such as
Dreamweaver, and others.
* Excellent knowledge of current browsers and compatibility issues: IE 5.0+,
Netscape 4.0+, and others.
* Excellent knowledge of Web graphics and its limitations, e.g., colors,
download times / other performance tradeoffs, etc.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong team orientation
