PRODUCTION ARTIST

Responsibilities:
* Creation of digital art for ad banners & buttons, jump pages,
pop-ups, rich media, web sites, etc.
* Follow direction from art directors, associate creative director,
and creative director.
* Implement approved concepts.
* Work within production & traffic guidelines.
* Push the state-of-the-art with every creation and thrive in our
fast-paced environment.
Skills and Characteristics:
* Must be wildly creative and passionate about interactive media.
* Command of leading design software, e.g., Illustrator, PhotoShop,
Fireworks and other appropriate software. Intimate knowledge of HTML.
* Exceptional design talents, and superb information design abilities.
* Interested in developing any and all interactive marketing
materials, including ad banners & buttons, rich media and web sites.
* Desire and flexibility to learn, grow and adapt as the industry and
our business evolves.
* Sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, collaborative approach.
* Attention to detail.
* Able to produce results independently as well as collaboratively in
a team environment.
* Minimum B.A. in Design, related field, or the equivalent in years of
experience is necessary.

LEAD TECHNOLOGIST

Responsibilities:
* Build world class web sites for our clients.
* Administer any number of complex executional strategies on the web,
quickly and knowledgeably.
* Have a broader understanding of the entire scope of work and needs
of a client, and be able to bring that to fruition.
* Effectively communicate with team members and the client.
* Oversee and generate the Technical Requirements Document for each
individual project.
* Mentor the technology team, keeping them motivated and appropriately
billable.
* Push the state-of-the-art with every creation and thrive in our
fast-paced environment.
Skills and Characteristics:
* Must be wildly creative and passionate about interactive media.
* Solid understanding of HTML, DHTML, Cross Browser, and JavaScript
are critical skills.
* Ability to quickly digest new and complex technologies.
* Experience with supervision of other technologist in a team
environment.
* Ability to learn how to integrate third party technology, such as
content management systems, e-commerce systems, e-mail systems,
personalization system etc.
* Solid understanding of Information architecture, how web
applications should flow
and what constitutes good navigation.
* Broad understanding of other web related technologies, such as the
basics of graphic design, optimization, cut sheets, graceful browser
degregation, DOM (Document Object Model), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets),
Plugin technologies, such as Flash, Beatnik, Realaudio/video.
* Skills such as ASP, SQL, Perl and PHP and general abstract
programming are helpful.
* B.S. Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent in professional
experience desirable.
