Formed in 1998, Xpede is a venture funded Internet Company bringing the
convenience of the Internet to Fortune 500 lending institutions nationwide.
Its founders include mortgage banking visionaries and veteran entrepreneurs
from the information technology industry. Xpede has developed an innovative
software framework to completely manage the mortgage process from
application to closing on the web. Based on the process they wish to
automate over the web, financial institutions can utilize the appropriate
Xpede application. The Company hosts and manages these applications on a
private label basis on behalf of the customer. All applications are
customized for the institution's specific look and feel.

Web Production Artist
The Web Production Artist will work closely with Designers, Programmers and
other Production Artists. You will be responsible for creating, producing,
and optimizing graphics for various web sites as well as special projects
based on our client's designs, in-house designs, and existing look and feel
specifications. This person should feel comfortable working in a fast paced
team environment, which often requires the ability to accommodate new
priorities and special projects.

The position of Web Production Artist reports directly to the Studio
Manager, or as the Company may designate.

Background and Expertise Required:
* Degree in design/fine arts preferred.
* Must have 3+ years web production experience in a work environment.
* Must be fluent in Photoshop, ImageReady, and Illustrator.
* Knowledge of HTML, Flash, Fireworks, Dreamweaver and any other
production tools is a plus.
* Design experience is helpful.
* Must have the ability to take on a project, manage the work
effectively, and complete it in a timely manner.
* Ability to work independently in complex environments toward
high-level goals.
* Must have strong communication, organization and presentation
skills.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work with different
departments.
* Must be flexible to learn and utilize new web techniques and
software.
* Start-up experience in a high tech company is helpful.
