Need estimate for adding the following capability to existing web site.

Would like to add a Job posting site like the one at:
http://www.lynda.com/resources/jobs/index.html

I would preferably would like to make it with PHP/MYSQL or if not CGI/MYSQL.
Just need the submission and posting of it the design is already in place
just need the programming part done.

Let me know what you think and what more info you need.
