CONTRACT/PART-TIME WEB DESIGNERS
We are an early stage Application Service Provider (ASP) of Human Resource
and Knowledge Management web-enabled solutions. The founder has provided the

initial investment to design and develop an Alpha version of the company's
base product. We are opening two offices in Toronto, ON and Boston, MA. We
are seeking Web Designers on a part-time or contract basis to assist the
company in developing its Beta product. We will begin closing on an
additional round of financing in September. We are willing to offer both
cash and stock options. Nonetheless, we will give stronger consideration to
qualified individuals willing to invest their talent for a stake in the
company's success.

We are NOT looking for specialists in web animation, sound, or streaming
video. We are looking for high-end web designers in the areas of document
layout, content management, and human factors engineering. Applicant must
demonstrate an understanding of IE, Netscape, and Apple/MAC environments.
Only North American applicants will be considered. Depending on the
situation, applicant may be able to work virtually.
