Position: WEB GRAPHIC ARTIST
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Status: Permanent / Full Time
Compensation: $30 - $45K, annually (DOE)

EDUCATIONAL & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Qualified candidates should have a Bachelors Degree in Design
* Must know PhotoShop and Illustrator VERY well
* 2+ years of experience in designing web sites
* Flash and Shockwave a VERY STRONG PLUS
* CREATIVE FLAIR A MUST!!!
* Must be able to provide URL's of sites created
* Well organized, with excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Needs to be a team player, self-motivated, committed to deadlines

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Must be able to work with a highly technical team. Responsible for design 
strategy, and must be extremely creative. Develop, design and create active 
server web pages. Constantly create multimedia website to include latest 
technologies. Prepare graphics and be responsible for the manipulation and 
development of graphics which will include connectivity to web sites. Fine 
tune, enhance, and upgrade Web Environment. Provide project plans for Web 
Page design projects. Assist in meeting critical IT goals and objectives. 
Work with the Web Development staff to ensure quality product and client 
services.
