Java Developer

Required
5 plus years development experience
2-3 years Java programming
Good understanding of HTML, ASP and JSP
Good working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems
Excellent knowledge of Oracle 7.3x, MSSQLServer and JDBC
Solid background in network theory and TCP/IP
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the capability of 
creating detailed and professional technical documentation
Ability to communicate at both business and technical levels

Preferred
Experience with N-tiered architectures
Development with WebLogic Application server

Responsibilities:
Position entails working in a Java development team that is tasked with 
providing solutions for the client's business. Design and development work 
on new systems. Conversion of existing 2-tiered applications to N-tiered 
Java platform. Work closely with project managers and business users in 
developing systems from inception to deployment. Tasked with improving 
performance, security, scalability and availability of systems. Systems 
Tuning and configuration work. Applications range from trade order 
processing systems to customer service support systems.
