For a leading, publicly traded interactive advertising agency, we are
seeking an energetic Senior HTML Design Integrator to prototype, then
develop, flawless pages and templates for cutting edge web sites,
interstitials and banners. Working with a team of award-winning creatives,
the successful candidate must be able to come up with solutions to
non-standard layouts. Work with information architecture and usability will
also work with to develop usability testing templates. You will be expected
to be proactive about advocating benefits of tech features or ideas, and are
encouraged to communicate them to your team.

The successful candidate will be a highly creative person with a passion for
the Internet and a have a strong sense of graphic design, color and layout.
Required are 3+ years experience in table intensive HTML and DHTML, as well
as at least one year of experience with Netscape layers, Javascript, CSS and
a superior portfolio of bulletproof urls. Must be fluent in HTML 4.0+,
including hands on, in depth knowledge of the Internet Explorer DHTML DOM,
and Netscape 4 layers. Must have experience using Cascading Stylesheets
(CSS) for font and color control, and advanced knowledge of Javascript and
.gif animation to manipulate dynamic HTML. Must have a thorough command of
Photoshop/Imageready and Illustrator, with an understanding of Quark Xpress,
and a talent for optimizing and slicing images for the web. Must be able to
write fully functional raw code without the use of WISYWIG HTML design
tools. Flash 4 and Generator skills a big plus. Must possess the ability to
work in a very fast-paced, team-driven environment, with the proven ability
to meet tight deadlines and juggle many projects while maintaining obsessive
attention to detail, have an abundance of common sense, and excellent
organizational skills. Minimum Bachelors' Degree
required.
