Position Overview

Looking for Web Design Directors to help manage the creation and maintenance
of an all-new Web site. Candidates will be responsible for managing teams of
Web designers, each of whom will be assigned to a specific product segment
within the site. The Web Design Directors must ensure that the overall "look
& feel" of each product segment is complementary to the others. In doing so,
the Web Design Directors will continuously develop, evolve and maintain a
comprehensive design system that provides general conceptual direction for
the following elements:

-Page layout grids.
-Interface components such as buttons, icons, type treatments, etc.
-Design assets such as photography, illustrations, animations, audio, 
video, etc.

The Web Design Directors will be responsible for creating "design system
guidelines" documentation to ensure that the site's design integrity is
maintained going forward. They must be able to provide innovative,
forward-looking, "outside the box" creative direction ideas to the Creative
Services Director, and must also be able to communicate such direction to
the Web site design teams in the form of high-level communication strategies,
marketing/branding tactics, creative themes, etc.
