Position Description:
Mindbank has an exciting opportunity for 6 consultants with strong SGML
experience for long term contracting or temp to perm in Reston,VA. Our
client is a financial e-commerce firm which provides applications support
for the banking industry's e-commerce initiatives. They are in need of 4-6
consultants ASAP (and will eventually convert 3 of them to perm) to create
the SGML industry protocol request and response that would feed into their
proprietary software tool. The protocols they are using are OFX and IFX
(open/internal financial exchange); these are widely used protocols in the
banking industry. The team will be building a test harness for this
router/protocol and so both testers and programmers with this experience
would be helpful. Experience with ONE of these protocols is preferred, SGML
experience is a necessity and banking experience is beneficial.
