The following position is open at our company WEBMASTER/Web Marketing
Specialist:

LRN is a young pre-ipo company in Los Angeles, CA, USA and looking for a top
professional to lead the re-development and internet marketing of our
marketing web site.

The following is REQUIRED:
Technical:
HTML - ability to hand-code html and understand proper standards and
techniques.
JavaScript - ability to use, manipulate, and program JavaScript
WYSIWYG tools - have used tools such as Homesite, Dreamweaver Etc.
Must have worked in a team environment with leadership involved. Must
understand project workflow and site planning.

Design:
Expert ability with one or more of the following:
Adobe Photoshop
Fireworks
Illustrator
Imageworks
DeBabelizer
Must have clean design skills and an eye for usability.
Must have a great portfolio - artistic as well as great code.

Marketing:
Must understand and be familiar with click through's, banner advertising,
web tracking, etc. as well as search engine placement. In addition,
candidate must be very familiar with the latest marketing techniques and
theory. Will work with both marketing team and technology groups.

PORTFOLIO OF WEB SITES IS REQUIRED

Any Macromedia Products such as flash and shockwave.
DHTML development
ASP development using server side scripting
Database Knowledge
Streaming Media
