Title:
Interactive Creative Lead

On-site 40 hrs/wk is required.  In St. Paul suburbs.  No
international visas.

Description:
Contract position asap through 12/31/00. Work with editors, content
contributors, marketing, development, and others to create
brand-builidng consistent web graphics for interactive  systems. Create
and optimize images, develop internet style guide, create design
templates, maintain images in digital asset  management system.
Coordinate design usability tests and photo sessions.

Qualifications:
Experience creating and manipulating graphics and multimedia  files and
optimizing for the web. Experience with compression methods and web
presentation variables. Advanced skills in  PhotoShop, Illustrator,
Imageready, Fireworks, Flash, and Generator. Content management software
a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
