Mindbank Consulting Group in Vienna has an exciting opportunuinty for 6
consultants with strong SGML experience for long term contracting or
temp to perm in Reston,VA. Our client is a financial e-commerce firm
which provides applications support for the banking industry's
e-commerce initiatives.  They are in need of 4-6 consultants ASAP (and
would consider converting them to perm positions)  to create the SGML
industry protocol request and response that would feed into their
proprietary software tool. The protocol they are using is OFX and IFX
(open/internal financial exchange); these are widely used protocols in
the banking industry.  Experience with ONE of these protocols is
preferred, SGML experience is a necessity, banking experience is also
preferred.

The team will be building a test harness for this router/protocol and so
both testers and programmers with this experience would be helpful.
