Yo.com, Inc.
Senior Web Developer

The ideal candidate will have a broad range of design, development and
management skills; an ability to work both independently and in a team
environment; must possess strong skills in C++, SQL and scripting
languages(i.e. VBScript, JavaScript, TCL); knowledge of Active Server
Pages is a plus; must be able to work in both an NT and UNIX environment;
knowledge of relational databases should include design using ERWin and/or
Oracle Tools, SQL scripting, stored procedures and general database
administration; object- oriented design skills are a plus; familiarity
with e-commerce and personalization technologies is a plus; management
skills should include project planning, staffing and the ability to
effectively manage resources; initially, the position will be a senior
developer position, but, as the organization grows, has the potential to
become a management position.

Ok, here's the deal. I'm a recruiter and Yo.com is my client. The
candidate I placed there 3 months ago is a slacker. He comes in late, he's
used up all his vacation and sick time + 6 extra days and they're looking
for a more reliable employee. This new candidate/placement is a free-be on
my part. I get no commission and I wouldn't take one if they offered it to
me. You can say I'm a nice guy.

Please email your resumes to: benh(at)nycmail.com and take a look at the site
(www.yo.com) - If I didn't have 5 kids to feed, I'd quit my 2nd job at
MacDonald's to work there!!
