CREATIVE DIRECTOR

My Client is an award winning New Media Production company.  Their niche is
entertainment websites.  Their success has been using broadband content to
fulfill their clients' online branding needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Creative Director will be responsible for defining, creating, managing
and driving the design and conception of cutting edge, multimedia, web and
broadband products and interfaces for an entertainment client base. He or
she will provide leadership in establishing my client as a premier visual
design and creative concept thought leader within the broadband and new
media development industry. Through the integration of the sound design
foundations, usability and animation considerations, this Creative Director
will succeed by employing leading-edge solutions to advance the brands and
entertainment goals of the clients, as well as original productions.
Furthermore, critical, creative, communicative management skills will
communicate, implement and advance a clear creative process that will access
and maximize the company's creative assets, set clear challenges for the
creative staff and open clients to new, innovative concepts. Excellent team
management of Form Division staff and personal creative commitment will move
my client to industry recognition in both design product and creative
process.

I would like to see:

-management experience
-2+ years interactive
-MFA preferred

Compensation:
-around 110K
