Manager - Web Production

NowDocs, Inc. (www.nowdocs.com), the world's fastest same-day printing and
delivery service, is recruiting for Manager of Web Production to manage our
website and talented web production team. The Manager will work with
business development, technology and marketing to scope and define general
specifications for new features, functionality, and "look and feel" for
NowDocs website.  Will oversee and mange the creation of all project
documentation (project scope document, functional specification, creative
brief). Work with and manages efforts of the Web Production Team to plan
project goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource implementation.

Skills: 4+ years of internet industry experience, with 2+ years experience
managing a team to produce e-commerce website.  Strong project management
skills with expertise in managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Experience in the cradle-to-grave implementation of B2B websites. Prefer
experience in a high tech startup.


Product Manager

Will be responsible for product management of a suite of
utilities for online software and services.  Defines market-driven product
requirements and communicates them to development.  Will drive strategy
across a portfolio of applications.  Creates customer requirements and
translates them to development specifications and schedules.  Responsible
for competitive analysis, product positioning, and marketing message
definition. Conducts Customer surveys, focus groups and usability testing
Required Skills:  4-5 years of software product management experience of a
web-based or web-integrated product or suite of products. Ideally have
managed at least two products through a development cycle.
