Position Title:	  Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, Quality Assurance you will be responsible for
Testing Websites and Web Applications.  This would include Active Server
Pages (ASP), Java, Javascript, VBScript and HTML, running on: Microsoft IIS
5.0 on Windows 2000 Server, JRun 3.0 on Solaris, Tomcat on Linux.  You will
conduct Manual Functional Testing, Automated Functional Testing and Load and
Performance Testing.

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Computer Science/MIS/IS is ideal with 4 years experience testing
Windows or database-driven web applications.  Knowledge with Windows
98/NT/2000 operating systems and DBMS, i.e. Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
IE and Netscape browsers.  Understanding of enterprise technical issues like
TCP/IP Networking, DNS, and DHCP is an asset.  Installation and
configuration experience with at least one Operating System and have
knowledge of at least one programming language.  Excellent communication
skills both written and verbal.

Qualifications

This newly created role reports to the Controller and will be the only
Systems Person on site. This person will use customized software and is
involved in providing IT support for the company including systems
management, technical support, and report writing for various departments.
Ensure system reliability, availability and integrity.  Ensure crucial data
backups, as well as firewall security is in place.  Troubleshoot software
applications and operating systems.   Act as a liaison between Finance and

procedures and internal controls.   Produce functional user manuals.
Analyze, review, enhance, and implement existing programs to adapt to new
requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor level engineering or computer science degree ideally.  Knowledge of
operating systems in a manufacturing setting would be preferred, along with
an understanding of accounting and control systems a strong asset.  Database
development experience.   Knowledge of Structured Methodology, systems
analysis & design, data management, business process redesign,
communications and computer programming to enable creative logical reasoning
in regard to the design and effective use of systems and databases, packaged
software/and or web based development, computer programming activities, and
related matters.  A good blend of technical and business skills.
