Title:	Dynamic Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic and tactical business plans to achieve
sales excellence.  Establish and maintain top-level contact with the
management of existing/potential customers typically at the highest levels
often the CEO, CIO, CFO.  Recommend and overcome technical and business
objections ofprospective customers and provide product demos as required.
Work with the extended sales team that may involve an "applications 
specialist"
or Sales Engineer.  Working with the client's IT department, implementation 
and
training groups.  Develop and maintain customer priorities in order to 
advise and
support them.

Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent.  Strong Business Development skills in
business-to-business and E commerce solutions ideally with a consultative
style.  Strong knowledge of internet technology and business trends, ideally
experienced in bringing to market large internet solutions from vision to
implementation.  Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal
abilities.  An entrepreneurial, mature, self-starter, motivated by challenge,
possessing a "results" oriented attitude.  Solid customer service attitude
and creative problem solving abilities are required.
High degree of customer calls.
