Position Title:	IT Manager (Analyst/Programmer)

Position Industry:  Communications

Other Acceptable Industries:  Flexible - (as long as they utilize large
database facilities)

Responsibilities:  You will be part of the team that manages data for some
of the largest car, telephone, e-business and computer companies in Canada.
Extensive understanding and experience with database programming and
manipulation.

Qualifications:  Minimum of 5 years experience in complex direct marketing
data processing, and a proven track record of project management.   Fluency
in English:  a high-level communicator with exceptional communication skills,
written and verbal.   Being internal and external "client friendly" is 
important.
Technical skills should include Oracle and SQL experience; understanding of
Delano would be an asset. Additionally, the individual should be "web 
friendly and
have knowledge as to the interactivity of this medium to data and e-mail.
Education is secondary to a proven track record.

Location:  Downtown Toronto

Compensation:  $60- 80K Plus benefits
