cybercasting and archiving performances by new and established artists from
the world=92s best venues.  The company digitally delivers performances to
consumers both live and on-demand. New shows are presented each night, with
rebroadcasts and on-demand archives available throughout the day, providing
fans with access to previously unavailable live music =9724 hours a day, 7
days a week.

To date, the company has entered into exclusive contracts with more than 50
music venues in the US, wiring each with T-1 Internet access, digital video
cameras and computer technology. They will expand into Europe and Australia
by year=92s end and expects fifty more clubs from around the world to join
within the year.

The company generates revenue through many sources, including content
licensing and syndication, sales of recordings to consumers, and data
mining. Also advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available
throughout the site, providing advertisers with an excellent interactive
opportunity to reach a young, music hungry demographic. As my client=92s=

be generated through the direct sale and licensing of archived live
recordings.

Position Summary
Database driven streaming media website is looking for a senior software
developer with a broad range of interests and skills in Internet
technologies and experience managing and implementing medium-sized software=
=20
development projects from requirements gathering through development.

Responsibilities
=B7Manage the requirements and implementation of small to medium sized
web-based software development projects.
=B7Interview end users, identify and document business requirements.
=B7Architect and design systems.
=B7Manage 1 or 2 software developers through implementation.
=B7Work with upper management to set priorities and timelines for=
 development
efforts, conduct code reviews, manage the QA process and manage the delivery
of revisions and releases through maintenance.

Requirements
=B75 years+ real world programming experience, preferably including=
 developing
software for the web.
=B7Extensive Java experience (can be less than 5 years)
=B7Solid Unix, Linux or Solaris experience
=B7Solid Database experience w/ a SQL based database like ORACLE
=B7BS in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
=B7Experience managing software projects through its full lifecycle
=B7Experience working with multiple developers and end users is a must.
=B7Must have an understanding of the following technologies: CGI, SQL,=
 RDBMS,
HTTP, TCP/IP, JAVA, C/C++ and HTML.
