German Speaking Technical Consultant =AD NYC =AD 3 months+
Full-Time Contractor
Duration: Through September 2001 (possibly longer)


I. Basic Function

This person will work closely with the Technical and Creative teams to
assist in delivering a coherent German language
Broadband Portal.


II. Position Responsibilities (Overview)

Lots of translation for communication with clients, layout of site pages,
and production and deciphering of technical documents.
Must know how to implement German language character sets. Familiarity with
German versions of Windows operating system
and Web browsers is a plus. Heavy travel to Germany (NRW Region) is
required. Customer interfacing skills are a must (in
both languages).

=B7 Translation English/German and German/English
=B7 Consulting on German Language
=B7 German Language Character Set, Operating Systems, Web browsers,
applications
=B7 Customer Interface
=B7 On-Site Visits
=B7 Layout/Editorial consulting with Creative
=B7 Web Development Skills are a huge plus!
