General Description:
Computer programming for Web-based applications. Develop software to
support a research project in publishing research reports over the Web. The
project involves Java programming for interaction with the user and Cold
Fusion programming for managing the site and managing the study itself
which will be performed over the Web. Position entails supervising the work
of student programmers. Position requires language programming experience
(C/C++/Java) familiarity with Cold Fusion and database programming experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related
Technical fields or equivalent in experience. Two years experience with
Java, Cold Fusion. Ideal candidate would have experience with Statistics
course work or familiarity with statistical terms and concepts, and
experience with graphical programming.
