Web Group Operations Manager - Adobe.com

This position is located in San Jose and is a regular full-time position
requiring work on-site.

Responsibilities:
As the Web Group Manager, you will manage Web operations for Adobe.com,
including project and process management, vendor management, and Web
reporting and metrics. In addition, you will manage Web project managers and
the content team responsible for building and maintaining Adobe's end user
Web sites. Finally, you must ensure development and maintenance of
processes, standards, schedules, and tools for producing Adobe's
award-winning Web sites and stores.

Qualifications:
Requirements include a BA or equivalent and 10 plus years in a software or
publishing environment, including five plus years in management and three
plus years on the Web. Additionally, you must have a proven ability to
implement and project manage systems and lead the implementation of large,
complex projects on the Web. Strong technical skills and knowledge of Web
publishing is required, including experience with web authoring tools,
content management, and eCommerce systems. Finally, you must have excellent 
communication and leadership skills.
