CONTRACT: Shopping Cart Development

Hi,
I was contacted by someone who needs a very simple shopping cart integrated
into his site.
I don't have the bandwidth and need to find someone who will take ownership
of this.
The client is not a technogeek.  He wants a simple cart which will total the
order and
add in shipping and handling based upon the number of books, and then a
final
order page that is to be printed out and mailed in (it's not a high volume
site).
The client is willing to pay.  Their ISP offers JSP, and PHP if you wanted
to tackle
it that way.
Since the client is the step father of a good friend, I'll be the one trying
to identify
three potential candidates.  I'm looking not for all the experience in the
world, but
rather good communication skills, good debugging skills, and a proven track
record
of persistence.  This is a good job for someone just starting out who needs
a site
on their portfolio.  Please make sure you have the time for this gig.  It's
probably
only 10-30 hours worth of work.
