=B7	Web development experience specifically with ASP, HTML, Javascript,
VBScript, XML, XSLT
=B7	Experience in middle layer development in COM using Visual Basic or
C++
=B7	Sound understanding of relational database concepts and senior
technical expertise in SQL Server
=B7	Experience in coding stored procedures in T-SQL
=B7	Identify, estimate and schedule tasks and meet schedules
=B7	Sound understanding of the software development lifecycle
=B7	Strong analytical and problem solving skills
=B7	Excellent verbal and written communication skills
=B7	3-5 years of Web development experience
