Cross-Browser Web Dev Compatability

The main thing with this req is XSL, XML, and cross browser development, 
troubleshooting, etc.  Work hours are between 8-10 hours with overtime 
after the 10th hour.  Will be required to work on weekends sometimes (will 
be paid for).  Will also be required to travel sometimes to the Maryland 
office (expenses will be covered).
