Hello,

I am looking for a webmaster.

I need someone with experience and understanding of discussion boards, 
search engine placement, e-mail newsletters and online shopping.

The basic design of my site is fine except for some changes that need to be 
made to limit entry based on various legal requirements.  And I want to set 
up a newsletter system and a digital information store.

Also, I want the site to remain simple and content driven.

Written contract is required before work can begin.
